  遠心バレル研磨機Centrifugal Barrel Finishing Machines

  大型ホイールに４つの槽が自公転運動の高速回転から発生する力により槽内でメディアとワークに摩擦運動で研磨をします。短時間での加工が可能です。量産小物に適しています。

  振動バレル研磨機Vibratory Finishing Machines

  槽自体を振動させ、外側から内側へ向けてメディアの流動を起こしメディアとワークに摩擦運動で研磨をします。大きな形状の物、変型しやすい物に適しています。

  回転バレル研磨機Rotatory Barrel Machines

  槽の軸を中心に回転させることにより槽内で傾斜ができ、その傾斜を滑り落ちる際に起こる摩擦運動により研磨をします。中型サイズのワーク、打痕を付けたくないワークに適しています。
